The Invest and Win prize draw for share buyers

Financial Alliance LLC, the broker for the issue, is running a promotional prize draw for buyers of preferred shares in Asia Steel OJSC. The draw runs in two stages: 25 August to 25 September and 26 September to 26 October 2026. Every share bought gives one draw code, and three winners are drawn at the end of each stage.

There is no separate entry fee: the investor buys securities, which remain their property. The prize fund is 629,630 som: an iPhone 17 Pro Max, an iPhone Air and a Sony PlayStation 5. The promotional draw is held under permit series SL No. 0270 of 24.06.2026; the organiser is Financial Alliance LLC and participants must be 18 or over.

Dividends

Third-quarter dividends paid

Holders of preferred shares in Asia Steel OJSC have been paid dividends for the third quarter at a rate of 19% per annum on par value. Quarters are counted from the date the offering began, not from the start of the calendar year. The funds have been credited to each holder's account in the Namba One app.

This is the third quarterly payment: dividends for the first and second quarters were transferred in July. Payments are made out of the company's net profit by resolution of the general meeting of shareholders; returns are not guaranteed.

First- and second-quarter dividends paid

Holders of preferred shares in Asia Steel OJSC have been paid dividends for the first and second quarters. The funds have been credited to each holder's account in the Namba One app.

Payments on preferred shares are made quarterly out of the company's net profit, by resolution of the general meeting of shareholders. You can work out the dividend on your own holding in the calculator.
